Greenough Regional Prison
Date: 4/3/2010, Over the last few months we had easy 15 people saved at the bible studies. AND tonight we had an annointed bible study - Ezekiel 37:1.. Dry Bones - "Do you believe Son of man that these bones can live?" One inmate responded and God was moving upon us all. One inmate said he could feel a healing? Hallelujah! We have regular fellas coming out and God is moving in their lives. AND tonight I challenged them to fast this Sunday just for the Day and I would fast with them and we are going to pray for the prison and the inmates, guards and themselves for revival at the prison. HOW COOL is that! Where is the Love? or should we say "Son of Man do you believe these bones can come to life? I do! somebody say AMEN! Date: 1/1/2010, Joe and Graeme, with the help of other brothers in the church have been going out to the Regional and seeing the inmates for a number of years now. There has been such great responses over the years, with countless inmates getting saved at the bible studies that we hold weekly on thursdays and at various concerts and other outreaches over the years. One in particular was with Pastor Rod Gibson - there would have been about 30-40 males & females respond to the altercall. Pastor Gibson shared his testimony in songs throughout the concert. He was dynamo man? (High Priest of Gunja?) Great Concert Pastor Gibson. We also had a baptism with the committed inmates, 7 at the time, clowie was pouring a garbage bin full of water over the inmates and I was praying for them as the water poured over them and me as well. Thanks clowie? I preached to those around and began telling them of how we can be baptised in the blood of Christ and be saved. And lots more have been happening over the years and this involvment has been such a blessing to all involved. GET INVOLVED? |
Evangelise: MATTHEW 28:18-20 18. Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. 19. Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20. teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. |
